These are 3D printed Enfit Syringe Caps. Caps are airtight and can stand up right. Made of PETG (Food Grade Plastic), can be easily sterilized by soaking in 90% isopropyl alcohol for 15 minutes. Can be cleaned with dawn dish soap and warm water.
